Tactical bandwidths

The tactical bandwidths are upper and lower limits of the defined investment strategy. The lower and upper tactical bandwidths define the maximum permissible deviations from the target ratio (strategy ratio) per asset class. The body responsible for the tactics (e.g. asset manager, investment commission) thus has a certain leeway in the allocation of the investments. It can, for example, underweight or overweight an asset class according to market conditions (and/or based on forecasts) (see tactics).
