Implementation Concept

Cost-effective and efficient portfolio structure

At a glance

A risk-appropriate and efficient implementation of the investment strategy is key to achieving the investment objectives. Our analyses serve to identify risks and highlight potential for increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Mandate structure

We advise our clients on all aspects of the mandate structure. We make recommendations on the optimum number, size and type of mandates and financial products to be used.

Investment guidelines

We develop investment guidelines for asset managers. These ensure compliance with legal requirements and the principles of professional risk management.

Investment instruments

As part of this analysis, potential risks of the financial products used are identified, including counterparty risks, legal risks and concentration risks.

Investment style

We utline the advantages and disadvantages of different investment styles (e.g. active vs. passive management). This includes recommending the best possible combination of different styles.

Benchmarks

Development and definition of strategy-compliant reference indices or benchmarks for the assessment of asset managers.

Rebalancing concept

Definition of requirements-based rebalancing processes for the periodic adjustment of asset investments to the target structure.

Certification

The Investment Consulting & Controlling division is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems SQS (reg. no. CH-47418). Thanks to the integration of SQS in IQNET (The International Certification Network), the certification is recognised worldwide.
